Status: offline 		We know the ugly war stories we hear in the news almost everyday and we have learned from history that war has always been a part of civilization.  It is fought for many reasons and one of them is of course, self-preservation.  Ironically, while we all want to live in peace, we need to fight wars.  That is the thinking of many state leaders.  No country can ever be at peace without fighting that which causes problems in society.

Status: offline 		This is very hard to answer because it seems like this evil thing called war had always been with us for a purpose.  It has been as man's tool to conquer others and to gain economic advantage over other countries.  It is cruel and barbaric but it has to be done, according to pro-war rallyists.

Status: offline 		It depends if you view war as being evil, than yes, it is a "necessary evil." As for myself, it is a necessary evil. Don't call me an evil person now ok. LOL

Status: offline 		i guess you could consider it a necessary evil due to the evil people in the world.  Those that are power-hungry and are hell-bent on taking more than what they already have.
I wonder what the World would be like without war.

Status: offline 		That just makes me wonder too. If there was no more war then maybe world peace to follow. Who knows? I wish I did.
