Now that Hell's Kitchen has done so well in the states, they are bringing over the next Gordon Ramsey import; Kitchen Nightmares.

In this Ramsey goes around to failing restaurants and tries to fix their problems. Of course with his attitude and the attitude of chefs generally it gets pretty heated (in the UK).

Since I have been in the states I have been dying for them to bring this over!

I can't wait for this!  I love Chef Ramsey and I find him VERY entertaining to watch.  The best part is, he's always right!  I hope the US version is as good as his UK version.  Fingers crossed.

I am sure that with Ramsey at the helm, it cannot be anything but as good. As long as he is given free reign, it'll be great.

I sure hope you are right britjojo.  I would love to see him pour it on.  That's what makes it so great.

The other things is of course that American's love these high drama reality shows. Just look at the Springers of the world. So I don't doubt that he will be allowed to be his oh so offensive self.

Having been in the restaurant business, I can only see this show as being a true "nightmare". It never fails when someone new comes into your kitchen, all H*** breaks loose, as I am sure it will again, especially with Ramsey there.

Well ultimately you know, he isn't there just to be a pain. In Kitchen Nightmares he is there to save failing restaurants that are failing because of poor menu choices, or hygeine issues. And ultimately he does what he sets out to.

So far, I'm loving this series.
Just makes you wonder how many horrible restaurants there are in the U.S., not to mention all over the world.
