Status: offline 		Simply put, MSNBC didn't invite him because he's too low in polls and fund raising. But, old Mike wouldn't stand for it. So, he set up a webcast across the street and answered the same questions live.

I admire his tenacity but when do just stop wasting everyone's money and time and admit you have no shot?
