I watched Kitchen Nightmares last night and
absolutely loved it. 
After working in the business for many many years,
I honestly believe we need more shows like this,
to make people aware of exactly what some of these kitchens look like across America .

I'm not sure how many you could do in truth, as you would lose the uniqueness. And besides, Gorden can only be on one show at a time, and it's HIM that keeps me watching!

Did you catch Kitchen Nightmares last night?
I knew the manager had to go from the very beginning of that show.

You know because to be honest alot of these kitchens really look like that.

That's true, and many look a LOT worse than what they are showing on Kitchen NightMares.  It just amazes me how they can continue to work in those conditions.

Yes, I think so too. Chef Ramsey is just brutally honest and right in your face. Thats what makes the show!

I enjoy this show too but it does scare me that so many kitchens look so dirty. It makes me never want to eat out again. But Gorden is great and I love the way he cleans the restaurants and redecorates them.

If I actually thought about the stuff I saw before I went out to eat I am not sure I would be going to any restaurants. I bet most of these places go right back to skimping soon after the television crews leave.

I like chef Ramsey and Gordon. I like Ramsey more though, nrutally honest. Ha ha.

Sigh** I just love watching these kinds that involves kitchens and cooing too. Love to watch it.
