Welcome to the brand new, Last 2 Left boards. Since the L2L Members have never communicated with one another before, we thought an online meet and greet would be in order.

So, feel free to tell something about yourself and/or answer these two questions. It's a fun little game.

1. What was the first car you owned
2. What was the first concert you went to

Have fun and post away!

This is a nostalgic thread!

In my case, my first car was an orange 75 Chev Monza, and my first concert was seeing The Guess Who at the Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto. That's where The Blue Jays used to play.

Welcome aboard Randle.

That Floyd show must have been really cool with Gilmore and Waters. I saw them in the early 90's with only David Gilmore. Is was good but not the show show saw in '77.

I'm older than BASEBALL!

They were touring as recently as 2003, so I'm sure they're still acquiring fans. And Bachman and Cummings have a new CD out now, too.

Me too! We had the same car too! Mine was a baby crap brown. Yeah the Floyd concert was kick***! Gilmour and Waters actually still sort of got along!

The first car I owned was an 83 ford-mercury zephyr.
The first concert I had ever gone to was locals bands. The first real concert was rascal flats. it was a free concert so i can't complain.

First Car:

There are two answers to this, because the first was a 1/3 ownership that lasted all of 14 hours. It was a 67 Thunderbird that was destroyed in a wreck along I-5 in 1983 (I wasn't driving at the time, but was every bit as asleep as the driver was). The second (full ownership) was a 1977 Toyota Corolla "fastback".

First Concert:

Kiss, in 1977, at the Cow Palace in Daly City, CA. As an adult, it was Flock of Seagulls on Okinawa, 1984.
