Steven's French Maid outfit was bad but I thought Chris' was equally bad. Since he had been voted out once, a tie should have gone against him. I think what is really going on is that the fans love Chris and the producers didn't want him voted off in back to back episodes. Rarely is a contestant that has been voted off a reality show ever brought back. I've seen it once on Apprentice and Big Brother.
