In the Top Chef 3 Finale, the judges never clearly declared a second place winner, even though it was obvious that Casey was the third place finisher in the last challenge. So, we have declared two, Last 2's: Hung & Casey and Hung & Dale. With this scoring, congratulations to mnpup78, winner of the public, Top Chef 3 game.
